i don't know what's the problem with me nowadays...
mood change so fast... and cannot control...
today got a bit worse... i started crying for no reason...
just watch tv then suddenly cry...
i wasn't even thinking about anything sad...
wasn't even watching anything sad...
i think i really going mad...
haii... for tiniest things i get angry, sad....

currently studying to distract me abit...
but not really of much use... haii...
